Hotel Description:The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near one of the liveliest square in the city, Place Grenette, at the foot of the Massif de la Chartreuse and at only 5 minutes from the exhibition and conference center. It boasts a privileged location to discover the city and mountains. Built in 2007, ResidHotel Grenette offers a warm and personal atmostphere with its 65 fully-equipped apartments, a meeting room, and a breakfast room.

- 1-Bedroom apartment (sleeps 4): 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed in the bedroom, a pull out bed or a sofa bed in the lounge, kitchenette, bathroom with separate WC.
- Studio (sleeps 2): table, chairs, television, kitchenette, double bed or two single beds, bathroom or shower room, WC

It is also home to highly reputed art galleries such as the musée de Grenoble, the oldest modern art gallery in France, exhibiting works from Egyptian antiquity up to major works of Picasso, Matisse, Van Dongen; or Le Magasin, Centre National d’Art Contemporain, which stages three or four original exhibitions of contemporary art per year.
- The old town: Grenoble has several little known architectural and cultural treasures : les Places St André, Notre Dame, Grenette, Le Palais de Justice, Le Jardin de Ville.
- The fortifications: Of the walls which surrounded Grenoble in former times, there exist today just a few remains such as the Fort de Bastille, accessible by cable car or by 400 steps. At the top you will have an incomparable view over the whole city of Grenoble.

At the end of the A48 highway, cross the Rhône river. Continue straight on bvd Gambetta. Take the 3rd street on your left "Clot-Bey". The 3rd street on your left is Palanka street.

- By plane:
Grenoble – Isère airport Tel 04.76.65.48.48: 39 km north of Grenoble 35 min by car from Grenoble and 50 min from Lyon.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
All cancellations must be made at least 1 working day(s) prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 day(s) accommodation.
